Pointhouse

Pointhouse terms of use

These are the ground rules for using Pointhouse. We've tried to keep them fair and short.

Last changed: 8 October 2026

What the app is

Pointhouse is made by Pebblecraft, a small studio. When this page says "we", it means Pebblecraft. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Pointhouse is not for children under 13.

Your account

The app creates an account for you the first time you open it. It has no email and no password. Signing in with Apple is optional and helps keep your account safe across phones.

Keep your phone secure. What happens in your account is your responsibility.

Groups and invites

People join a group with a six-letter invite code or a link like https://pointhouse.app/join/CODE. Invite links stop working after two weeks.

You can leave a group whenever you like. If you created it, you can remove others. You can also block someone. Blocked people disappear from each other's views and can't send nudges or gifts.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you put in Pointhouse: scores, player names and the other names you choose. You give us permission to store it and show it to your group, so the app can work.

Please don't upload anything you have no right to share. Please don't use names or nudges to harass anyone.

If someone breaks these rules, we may remove a group or an account.

Subscriptions, items and gifts

Pointhouse is free to use. Pointhouse Plus is the paid tier, and it comes in these plans:

Prices are always shown in the app before you buy. They may differ a little by country, and Apple shows the price for yours. All purchases go through the App Store and are billed to your Apple ID.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. To cancel, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You keep Pointhouse Plus until the end of the period you paid for.

The lifetime plan is paid once and doesn't renew.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Free-tier limits never delete anything. Your history beyond the free window stays visible and is never removed.

You can also buy one-off item packs. They change how things look and don't change how the app works. There is no purchasable currency.

You can buy an item as a gift for a friend. They receive it with no payment and no sign-in.

Family Sharing is not offered.

What we promise and don't

We work hard to keep Pointhouse running well, but we can't promise it will never fail. The app is provided as it is.

We are responsible for what the law says we must be, and no more.

Ending or closing an account

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings, then Delete account. It finishes right away and removes your data. Our privacy policy explains what is removed. Deleting doesn't cancel a subscription; you cancel that with Apple.

We may close an account that breaks these terms. We'll say why when we can.

Changes

When we change these terms, we post the new version with a new date. If a change is big, we tell you in the app. If you keep using Pointhouse after that, you accept the new terms.

Law and contact

These terms follow the laws of the country where Pebblecraft is based, unless the law where you live gives you more protection.

Questions about these terms: support@pointhouse.app. Privacy requests: privacy@pointhouse.app.
